Features of Ball Mill :

Ball mill is suited for milling various kinds of minerals and other materials. It is the significant equipment used  after the crushing.

Ball mill is widely used for cement, silicate products, new building material, fireproof material, chemical fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal mineral dressing and glass-ceramic areas. Totally, it is used for dry or wet milling for various materials.

The ball mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, transmission (speed reducing rotor, gear, motor, electric switch box). The hollow shaft is cast steel, the lining can be changed, the reverse gear is designed with casting hobbing, inside the cylinder is the wear-resisting plate.

1.The hollow axis adopts the cast steel, and the lining can be replaced. The big rotary gear is forged from cast rolling gears.
2.The machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electrical controller) and so on.
3.Our ball mills have been used to grind glass, powder food products, create custom varnishes, make ceramic glaze, powder various chemicals.
4.To use the ball mill, the material to be ground is loaded into the neoprene barrel that contains grinding media.
5.The ball mill is used to grind many kinds of mine and other materials, or to select the mine.
6.Ball mill is widely used in building material, and chemical industry.
